Terms and Conditions for We Clean

Services Provided

1.1. We Clean provides professional cleaning services for residential properties in London, UK.
1.2. Services include, but are not limited to:

General house cleaning
Deep cleaning
Regular maintenance cleaning
Appliance cleaning (charged extra and can be selected during the booking process)

1.3. Specific services requested by the client will be outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement. Booking and Scheduling
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
2.2. A confirmed booking is required before any services are rendered.
2.3. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability is subject to change.
2.4. Regular cleaning schedules (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) are subject to mutual agreement and may be adjusted with prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices for our services are based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning required, and the frequency of service.
3.2. A quote will be provided upon request and is valid for 30 days.
3.3. Payment is due at the time of booking through our website.
3.4. We accept all major credit and debit card providers, as well as Apple Pay.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
4.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a non-refundable admin fee of £25.
4.3. We Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather). In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled cleaning time.
5.2. Please secure or remove any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before the cleaning team arrives.
5.3. If pets are present, clients must inform us in advance and ensure they are safely secured during the cleaning process.
5.4. Clients should advise the business of any health and safety hazards (e.g., asbestos) in the “additional comments/anything you’d like us to know about” section during booking.

Liability and Insurance

6.1. We Clean is fully insured for public liability and employers’ liability.
6.2. While we take utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
6.3. Clients are advised to have their own insurance coverage for their property and belongings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@weclean.cloud or through our website.
7.2. If we fail to provide the service, a full refund will be issued, and compensation may be provided at the discretion of the business.
7.3. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost, subject to the terms of this guarantee. Termination of Service

Termination of Service

8.1. Either party may terminate the cleaning service agreement by providing written notice.
8.2. We Clean reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abusive behavior, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Data Protection and Privacy

10.1. We Clean is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA).
10.2. Customer data is stored securely and processed in compliance with regulations set by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

11.1. Any work performed by subcontractors undergoes our business vetting procedures.
11.2. Customers will be notified accordingly if subcontractors are assigned to their service.

Client Conduct

12.1. We expect customers to treat our cleaners with respect and courtesy.
12.2. Any form of abusive behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services.

Governing Law

13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
